Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your socks as much as we do - but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
 

🧦 Can I return my socks?

Yes! If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery
     

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept socks that have been worn or tried on.
 

💌 How do I start a return?

Please email us at heyhappysoles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

  • The reason for your return (just so we can keep improving!)
     

We’ll send you return instructions from there.
 

🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

Unless your item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns that go missing in the post.
 

💳 When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.
 

🛠️ My socks arrived damaged/faulty - what now?

Oh no! We're so sorry about that. Please email us at hello@heyhappysoles.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the fault

  • Your order number

We’ll get it sorted quickly - whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another solution.
 

🎨 What about customised socks?

Custom or personalised orders (like socks with your logo or slogan) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
