Hey Happy Soles is a UK-based brand creating colourful, functional grip socks for Pilates, yoga, and everyday life.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This doesn’t mean your order is accepted - we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer an alternative, a refund, or an estimated delivery time.
 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept payment via secure third-party processors such as Wix Payments, PayPal, and others visible at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your socks! If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn.

6. Custom Orders and Wholesale

Custom or personalised socks (e.g. logo or slogan prints) are non-refundable unless faulty.
Wholesale orders may be subject to different terms - please contact heyhappysoles@gmail.com for details.

All content on our website - images, text, logos, product designs - is the property of Hey Happy Soles or our content partners. Please don’t copy, reuse, or distribute it without written permission.
 

8. Liability

We do our best to make sure everything on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes.

We’re not liable for any losses or damages that result from using our website or products, except where required by law.
